Shipping & Returns

Shipping Costs & Information:

Ireland & NI: €5.50 tracked, 2 days delivery

UK: €10 tracked, 2-4 days delivery 

Europe: €20 tracked, 5-7 days delivery (price weight dependent)

Rest of World: Starts from €25 tracked, 7-10 days delivery (price weight dependent)

Orders are delivered on working days Monday-Friday. 

Orders received by midday will take up to 2 days to be dispatched and up to a further 2 days to be delivered  to recipients within Ireland and NI and all deliveries are subject to courier capacity. 

Please allow 3-5 working days during very busy periods.

For international deliveries, times will vary depending on destination and courier capacity, any local customs or shipping taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note, all of our parcels are sent via An Post via their regular postal service. While we try to ensure that all parcels are delivered within the specified time frame, ‘Lou & Belle' can not be held responsible for delays due to adverse weather conditions or other courier/technical related issues outside of our control. 

 

Returns: 

We really hope you love your purchase from Lou and Belle, but we understand that sometimes your purchase may not be right for you and that you may wish to return it. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please contact us in writing at louandbellebaby@gmail.com for instructions on how goods can be returned to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all labels still intact and with a receipt or proof of purchase. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods. The cost of the return is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where the goods are faulty and a refund is made.

We don't accept returns on sale items.
