Doing our bit

At Lou and Belle we are trying to do a few things to help towards being a little kinder to the environment. 

Packaging:

Compostable mailers - To try and make our packaging a little more sustainable and as an alternative to plastic, we've chosen to use a 100% Compostable Mailer.  Made from a combination of corn-based biopolymers, the Compostable Mailer composts in 6 months (180 days) and is certified for both home and commercial compost.

Eco friendly tissue paper & paper stickers - the paper used to make our tissue & stickers is FSC certified, it is printed with soy based inks and it is also acid free meaning it won't leave behind chemical residue when decomposing.
