I am really excited about Mummy Mornings taking place at the Whale Theatre, Greystones on Friday 20th March with inspiring guest speakers Joanna Fortune Psychotherapist, Author of 15 Minute Parenting & Media Consultant and Sophie Morris Nutrition Coach, TV chef and Food Author.
I created the event as I remember having my first baby and the importance of getting out to meet other mums, it was my lifeline. With Mummy Mornings I hope to encourage local Mums to meet up in a supportive environment where they can chat and listen to some inspiring speakers. The event welcomes baby’s, with space for buggies and baby changing facilities and easy parking.
Guests can enjoy hearing from two amazing speakers, (who also happen to be Mums).

On the day, Joanna will speak about her 15 minute parenting model and the importance of play in all our lives.
